When you or a student's family member receives the email, there will be an attachment in the form of a ZIP file. Unzip the file to see an HTML file that will open up inside of a web browser. Need help? Email us at khankids@khanacademy.org.
Please note that your mobile device must be connected to an email address in the device's Settings in order for this to work. That way the app has a "From" address to reference when it sends the email.
