✨ NEW: Manage student access to areas of the app

We've added new Teacher Settings that allow you to manage student access to areas of the app! Click here to see how to access your Teacher Settings.

❤️ Show students Assignments first

When you toggle this setting "ON", students will be required to complete assignments before they can do anything else in the app. After all assignments are complete, the other areas of the app will light up for students to explore.

🖍️ Show students Create tab

When you toggle this setting "ON," students will not be able to access the Create tab. The Create tab is the tab with the crayon and is only available on the student side of the app. It has coloring pages and backgrounds for kids to draw, write, and record their voice.

⏯️ Show students Videos tab

When you toggle this setting "ON," students will not be able to access the Videos tab. The Create tab is the tab with the teal play button. It includes short videos that introduce academic concepts and a few videos from our friends at Super Simple Songs.

How to access your Teacher Settings

1. Open the app and tap "Sign in with Khan Kids account." Enter your Khan Kids username and password.
2. Tap your teacher avatar. It should display a bear character with your name below.
3. Enter your password again and enter your teacher view.
4. Look in the top left corner for your Teacher Settings.
