You may be experiencing internet connection issues if you notice that...
- When you tap a lesson, you see a black screen
- The 5 characters are running across the screen for a long period of time
- You do not see student progress scores updated in the app
There could be a few different reasons why this may be happening. If you are on a school wifi network, there could be a firewall in place. You will need to ask a district administrator to safelist the following sites.
