We've added an alternate sign in method for teachers and students using Khan Academy Kids with Clever. In order to use this alternate method, you'll have to sign into the app via Clever one time to enable it. From then on, you'll be able to sign in with a regular username and password inside the app.
If you currently use Khan Academy Kids with Clever but would prefer to sign in a different way, follow these steps:
-
Download the Khan Academy Kids app on a school-provided device or a personal smartphone/tablet. Do not open the app after downloading.
-
On that same device, open a web browser, like Safari or Google Chrome.
-
Go to www.clever.com, select Log in as a teacher, and enter Clever account credentials.
-
Tap the Khan Kids icon from the Clever Portal.
-
This will trigger the Khan Academy Kids app to open and teachers will be signed in automatically.
-
Then, select Settings in the top left corner. Tap Enable Class Code and enter a password.
-
Return to Settings, where the Class Code will be displayed. This is what your students will use to sign in.
Once that process is complete, you'll be able to sign in like this:
-

-
Select “Sign in with Khan Kids account.”
