David built a rain stick using seeds, aluminum foil, a cardboard tube, stickers, tape, and a custom design. David, it turned out terrific! What a great idea to fill the inside with seeds.

Autumn and her grandmother spent time together learning about mammals!

Ayesha made a homemade leaf study worksheet and discovered a leaf with a curved triangle shape.

Korianna & Rosaleen had fun making their terrariums.

We see sand, and grass, and possibly a pet?

If so, that looks like a great place to be a pet!

Ayesha used her mom's pickle jars to collect beautiful objects from nature.

Genesis, Ezra, Kylie, & Zeke are working on their leaf study as a group project.

They found leaves in the backyard.

We love seeing campers learning together!

Srishti added a leaf print and a crafted leaf to this leaf study.

Srishti's terrarium has some prehistoric friends!

Autumn's terrarium has birds in it so they can nest, plus some rose bushes.

Gracie's created an amazing animal kingdom for a wide variety of dinosaur friends.

Adeline started a terrarium that she had received for her birthday!

She planted the seeds, added leaves from the yard, and did the leaf study.

We hear that Bonnie made homemade slime, and then used it to make her hands

webbed like a frog. Froggie fun!

Nirvaan made a DIY craft to roll marbles.

on using a variety of colors for maximum joy!

Adeline celebrated the Khan Kids birthday with Pooh bear!

Otty built a country cottage, and Otty's dream is to have a farm house with 

flower planters. You've got a great start, Otty!

Miller hosted a great Lego-themed party with lots of friends.

We love the setting, and the fancy seats!

Falon joined the birthday fun with lots of guests AND a piñata!

Parth made an airport runway during Arts & Crafts Week.

On Parth's runway, you can see airplanes, airlines, speeds, and destinations.

Autumn's party included entertainment in addition to her stuffed animal friends.

Billy made a toy house that is both a library and a treehouse. How cool!

Inside the house are cats Pippin and Pitch (in the windows)

and Sam the dog on a soft bed. So cozy!

Pallavi's toy house from cardboard and paper is an architectural gem!

The modern style, windows, and landscaping come together so cleanly!

Autumn made these puppets from paper bags based on printouts she found online.

Beautiful colors and way to be resourceful, Autumn!

Oh, is that a little puppy pet the princess has? Cute!

Ibraheem's toy house actually has a pipe for drainage and a garage

made from a milk carton. Very functional!

Charlene's house has several rooms.

We saw the closeup of the kitchen table and chairs—so well done.

It looks like a great gathering place, Charlene!

Em's toy house is made of cardboard.

We especially like the angled roof that is great for withstanding extreme weather.

Adeline made a chicken coop tower and a cereal box house.

Ezra and Zeke built their house out of tiles. 

Friends, that looks like a very sturdy house. We'd love to know who lives there.

Autumn kicked off Arts & Crafts week by building two houses out of milk cartons.

Then Autumn asked if she could recycle another carton into a space shuttle.

How cool is that???

Water Week

RunRun made a colorful sea world for the aquarium in a bottle project.

He hopes for an ocean full of color in a world with less ocean pollution.
